As a self-employed person with many years of experience in the creative communications industry, I have gained a lot of experience in interpersonal communication. During my time as an employee, I had an important role in creative leadership and had to make decisions for teams and customers. Here, my empathy and openness to new things helped me a lot. But my urge for conscientiousness also led to the right results, sometimes to the point of exhaustion. I was able to gain a lot of experience, especially while working in the USA for over 14 years. Here, I experienced first-hand what it means to build resilience - not just to show strength, but also to find the strength to make decisions that would change my whole life. In the process, I learned to keep my eyes firmly on my dreams, even when the challenges became ever greater. But it took the painful moment of burnout to realize: I had to stop, slow down and finally start paying attention to myself - to what I really need.

As a systemic coach, I took the step and changed my creative career in a new direction. My experience in communication and the joy of dealing with people motivated me to start training as a systemic coach at the artop Institute of the Humboldt University in Berlin in 2023. As a certified systemic coach, I am now committed to supporting people in their search for their creative potential and in their personal and professional development.

My mission is very personal: I want to empower more people to recognize their personal strengths and values, to develop their creativity, to embrace change, to find more inner satisfaction in the workplace and to achieve their goals. It is a promise to my clients and to myself, the driving force "do what you love to do" that drives me forward.
